Eicca Toppinen is an internationally known Finnish cellist and composer, best known from his band Apocalyptica. Apocalyptica has released 6 studio albums, which have sold over 3 million copies worldwide. The band has played over 1000 concerts and their song "I don´t care" from their latest album Worlds Collide hit nr 1 on American Rock list in 2008.

In addition to his work with Apocalyptica, Eicca has composed music for stage plays and movies, for example the award winning Petri Kotwica´s Black Ice.
